The project aims to boost girls’ participation in STEM and promote gender equality using a STEAM approach. It targets girls aged 12 to 17, training them as IGNITE-EUROGEMS agents to inspire others in their communities. Partner organizations include Novatex (Cyprus), Scuola Di Robotica (Italy), and Gymnasio Gennadiou (Greece), all focused on advancing STEM education and reducing gender disparity. The project will leverage Novatex and Scuola Di Robotica’s expertise and school connections. Online activities like gamification and competitions will further extend the initiative’s reach.
