IGNITE-EUROGEMS is an Erasmus+ funded initiative committed to cultivating excellence and fostering interest in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) among youth, with a dedicated focus on empowering girls. The project aims to address gender disparities by promoting inclusive access to STEAM education and career pathways.

Through the identification and training of girls aged 12 to 17 as IGNITE EUROGEMS Agents, the project equips participants with critical skills, mentorship, and exposure to emerging technologies. These Agents serve as role models and catalysts within their communities, inspiring broader participation in STEAM fields.

By providing hands-on learning experiences and fostering a culture of innovation, IGNITE-EUROGEMS prepares the next generation of female leaders to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
